Who we are

This notice describes how C & E Lawn Care Inc., DBA Cervantes Lawn Care Inc., uses information submitted through this website.

What you share with us

Contact and estimate forms collect your name, phone, email, property details, and message. Job applications collect your contact information, work interests, experience, and availability. Review forms collect your name, email, service received, rating, comments, and optional display permission. Please do not submit payment account details, Social Security numbers, or identification documents.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, discuss services, review employment interest, and consider customer feedback. Submitting a form does not book work or create an employment offer. We do not sell information submitted through our forms.

Form processing

Our forms send submissions to Formspree, our form-processing provider, for delivery to our company inbox. Formspree and our hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the website and its forms. Formspree’s privacy policy describes its practices.

Customer reviews

Review submissions remain private unless we select a genuine review and you have given permission to feature it. Public reviews show your first name, comments, rating, and, where provided, the service received. Your email is not displayed. The “Featured Customer Reviews” section is a selection of testimonials, not a complete record of all submissions.

Records and your requests

We retain messages as reasonably needed for responding, services, estimates, employment inquiries, and business records. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to display a review, email office@cervanteslawncareinc.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
